Yes, we are fully GDPR compliant. GetID is a company resident in the European Union and we fully support the regulatory requirements for the protection of personal data.

Any connections from the end verified person to our system and from our system to our customer are securely secured with SSL-encryption. We process and store all data using cloud solutions on Amazon AWS servers.

Do you provide a KYC solution without integration?

GetID provides a full-featured setup where no integration is required at all. You will get private access to our platform, where your company's account will be activated. Your customer information will be stored there, and only your employees will have access to your customer data.

We offer a cloud-based verification page and an administrative portal where you can set up a user verification journey and keep track of verification results.

Does GetID offer a free trial?

Yes. The test period includes the full functionality of the GetID platform. You can perform up to 50 verifications in a maximum of 14 days. Thereafter, all settings will be saved for your full operation.

To start the free trial, you need to accept the terms of service, including GDPR requirements.

What price packages do you offer?

GetID provides prepaid and wholesale service contracts. Wholesale service contracts are custom-made for clients who demand verification services in large volumes and/or with some specific configuration needs. The price of one verification varies depending on the number of checks per month. Prepaid packages descriptions and pricing information are provided below.
